Every order starts with a quick human pass. If everything is in stock, the team prepares it for dispatch; if a product is request-only, oversized, fragile, or simply worth double-checking, we confirm the handling before setting expectations.

Small studio pieces usually move quickly. Larger stage, keyboard, percussion, or PA items may need a little more coordination so the delivery does not become a guessing game at the doorway.

3. HandoffCash is paid when the order is received, not during browsing.
